Earth Class Mail uses LegalZoom sign-in credentials for account access. Password changes must be completed through the LegalZoom account portal.
If You Can Still Access Your Account
If you know your current password and want to update it:
- Go to: https://www.legalzoom.com/my/login
- Sign in to your account
- Click your name in the top-right corner
- Select Account Settings
- Open the Security tab
- Select Edit Password
- Enter your:
- Current password
- New password
- Confirm your new password
- Select Save
Your new password will take effect immediately for future logins.
Password Requirements
For security purposes, your password should:
- Be unique and difficult to guess
- Include a mix of:
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters
- Avoid using previously used passwords
Forgot Your Password?
If you no longer know your password:
- Go to: https://www.legalzoom.com/my/login
- Select Forgot Password
- Follow the prompts to reset your password via email verification
After Updating Your Password
Once your password has been updated:
- Return to: https://app.earthclassmail.com/
- Sign in using your updated LegalZoom password
