This article will walk you through the steps to using the Insights dashboard from your Apple iOS or Android mobile device or tablet. This feature provides a quick overview of actionable account activities, services requested, and their status. In addition, you get a quick glimpse of what you can do with your Earth Class Mail account from the data summaries in the app.
Step One:
Update your mobile app to the latest version.
Download the iOS app or Download the Android app
Step Two:
How to access Insights on your mobile app
Open the Earth Class Mail app > At the bottom, click Insights
You will see information for these five account activities:
- Scans: The number of new scans (which are scans of items available in the MailRoom with the status "unread") and the number of pending scans that are in progress.
- Checks: Number of items in Mailroom with "check detected" status that are not in the check deposit process.
- Deposits: Items currently in the check deposit process.
- Storage: Number of mail/parcel items incurring storage fees (items being stored that are beyond the grace period).
- Shipments: The number of items pending shipment.
🙌 Note: Admin users can also view a monthly summary of account activities.
