This article will walk you through the steps to request a check deposit from your Android mobile device.
Step One:
Update your mobile app to the most current version.
Step Two:
Add a deposit account
In the Earth Class Mail app, navigate to:
Sidebar > Settings > Deposit Accounts > Add Deposit Account
Step Three:
Request a check deposit
With Earth Class Mail, checks are automatically detected and tagged during the scanning process. To proceed with a check deposit request from your mobile device or tablet, navigate to:
Check Detected in MailRoom > Select one or multiples checks > Then click Deposit
Follow the prompts to select the preferred bank, bank account, and choice of delivery method - overnight or standard shipping.
Note: Standard shipping is free; however, overnight shipping may incur an express fee which will display on the screen for your approval, before booking.
Step Four:
Track your deposit
To track the status of a deposit request, navigate to:
Mail Item Details > Deposit Requested
