Filtering the mail in your inbox is one of the best ways to quickly find specific pieces of mail. Selecting Recipient names and tags allows you to control which mail items are displayed in your mailbox so you don’t have to scroll through all of your mail items to find those addressed to a specific Recipient.
Filtering Mail with Recipients
1. Select a Recipient name to filter mail that’s addressed to that Recipient. Only one Recipient can be selected at a time, but you’re free to select as many tags as you’d like (more on that below).
Learn how to set up Recipients here.
2. To return to a full view of your inbox, simply click the “x”s next to the selected filters at the top of your inbox, or press the red “Clear All” button.
Filtering Mail with Tags
You can further refine your search of a Recipient’s mail by selecting tags, or filter by Tags only.
System Tags refer to items with a specific status, such as items that have not been viewed, or those that have been shipped. You can also create and apply Custom Tags based on your needs. Learn more here.
Selecting one or multiple Tags from the sidebar will surface the items across your account that contain that Tag(s).
