How do I cancel my account?

Why is there a Cancellation Fee?
A $50.00 cancellation fee is applied only if you choose the option to cancel with 6 months of continued access to your account. There is no cancellation fee if you choose to close your account at the end of the current billing cycle.
What happens to my current items?
Your account will be permanently closed at the end of your current billing cycle. You will receive a final invoice on the first of the following month, as we bill in arrears. All current mail items, as well as any mail items received for the next 6 months, will be securely shredded. At the end of the 6-month period, any new mail received will be returned to the sender.
Closed accounts with 6 months of access:
Your account will be placed on the 6-month cancellation plan at the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that you will be responsible for any usage fees such as scans, storage, shipments, and check deposits during the 6 month period. You will continue to have access to your account in order to view and manage mail before the account is permanently closed, at which point any mail items will be securely shredded. At the end of the 6-month period, any new mail received to your account will be returned to the sender.
Usage fees are as follows:
- Received mail: $3 per item
- Domestic Shipment: $5/shipment plus postage and $1 per item
- International Shipment: $10/shipment plus postage and $1 per item
Can you forward my mail?
USPS rules do not allow for mail forwarding. We recommend updating your contacts directly as soon as possible, along with any government filings, marketing materials, and other areas where you may have used your virtual mail address. Future government filings or documents should include your new address moving forward.
Can I pause or suspend an account?
At this time, you cannot pause or suspend your account.
What if I decide to reopen my account?
If you decide to reopen your account within 3 months of cancellation you may do so by contacting email@example.com. A $99 reactivation fee will apply. Additionally, please note that you will be required to pay any outstanding balances at that time.
