Have a piece of mail in your Inbox that’s not addressed to you? Simply report the item as “Not My Mail” and the piece will be returned to our processing team to ensure that it’s properly delivered.
1. Click on the mail item to return > Click on the More menu > Click "Not My Mail".
2. Once you’ve ensured that the mail item isn’t yours, click “Proceed” to return the mail to our processing team. The item will no longer appear in your Inbox.
