Adding or removing an address from our extensive network is simple! Let us walk you through the steps below.

🙌Note: If you signed up for a virtual mail account after August 4, 2022, please follow the steps below to manage your virtual address(es). If you signed up prior to the above date, please see these alternate instructions.
Managing virtual address(es) in your account
ONLY account admins with verified accounts have the ability to make any changes to a virtual mail account’s virtual address(es). If you are not the account admin, you will need to contact them to get this taken care of.
Adding a virtual address
Go to Settings (gear icon) > My Addresses > Click: Add new address button
Once you click ‘Add new address’, you will be taken to the virtual address selection screen. Next you can search and find your preferred address, then click ‘Add address’.
After selecting your desired address, you will need to eSign new USPS Form 1583 authorizations. (the total number depends on recipients on the account).
Removing a virtual address
Authorized account admins can also remove addresses from the account. From the main My Addresses screen, click remove on an address you wish to remove. Then review the information and click the ‘Remove’ button to confirm this action.
🙌Note: If you only have one address on the account or if it is the last one left, you will not have the ability to remove it. The option to remove will be unavailable.
There are a few instances where you may have a different view when you go to the My Addresses tab. Here are examples in case you run into any of them.
Customers on virtual mail plans that don’t allow for address selection (only Beaverton, Oregon address included) will see an option to upgrade your plan to one that includes address selection from our 80+ locations.
Accounts that have not completed USPS Form 1583 authorization for recipient(s), will need to complete this step before they can make any address changes. If you are not the account admin, you will need to contact them to get this taken care of.
