We make it easy to ship or forward mail items worldwide directly from your Earth Class Mail inbox. This guide walks you through how to add shipping addresses and request shipments for your mail items.
Add a Shipping Address
Step 1: Open Settings
Log in to your account and click the Settings (gear) icon located in the lower-left corner of the interface.
Step 2: Navigate to Shipping Addresses
In Account Settings, select Shipping Addresses.
Then click Add a New Shipping Address.
Important: Only the accounts 1583 applicant can add new shipping addresses.
Step 3: Enter Address Details
Fill in the shipping address information and click Create.
Once saved, the address will be available as a selectable destination when requesting future shipments.
Request a Shipment
Step 1: Select Mail Items
From your inbox, select one or more mail items and click Ship from the action menu.
Step 2: Choose Delivery Preferences
Select an existing shipping address or add a new one (if permitted on your account).
You can also choose:
- Shipping insurance
- Signature on delivery
Click Next to continue.
Step 3: Select Shipping Options
Choose:
- Shipping carrier
- Shipping speed/rate
Step 4: Submit Your Shipment
Click Finish to complete your shipment request.
You’ll receive shipment updates, including tracking details when available.
Additional Information
Earth Class Mail supports both USPS and FedEx shipping options for domestic and international deliveries.
