You can update your preferred payment method directly in the web application. We will walk you through the steps to update your payment details.
🙌Note: ONLY account admins have the ability to make any changes to a virtual mail account’s payment information. If you are not the account admin, you will need to contact them to make these changes.
How to update your payment details
From the dashboard of your inbox, Go to the Settings (gear icon) > Payment Details
> Click: Edit credit card details
Then you will see the Payment Details screen. Enter the new payment card information, then click the Update Credit Card button when finished to complete this action.
🙌Note: If your account access is restricted due to non-payment, upon login, you will be prompted to provide an updated credit card and provide a payment for the outstanding account balance to regain full access to your virtual mail account. (If you are not authorized to make these changes, please contact the account administrator.)
From here, enter the new card information and click the "Update Card and Pay" button to submit the new card information and authorize payment for the balance due, if applicable.
Next, it will take up to 30 seconds to validate the new credit card. When the new card provided passes the initial validation and we successfully charge the past due amount; your account status will automatically switch to active and you will be able to fully access your virtual mail account.
🙌Note: If we are unable to successfully validate and charge the new card, the account status will remain suspended and you will be taken back to the main app dashboard or can revert back to the previous screen, which will prompt you to update the card again.
