With the new USPS regulations you can only re-authorize one personal recipient with a name exactly as it appears on your ID. If you have multiple personal recipients on your account that require re-authorization, you will need to transfer the recipient to another admin user within your account.
Let’s take the following two examples into consideration:
You have 2 personal recipients on your account: ‘Charles Shaw' (yourself) and ‘Anna Smith’. In this case, you will only be able to re-authorize ‘Charles Shaw'. The remaining personal recipient ‘Anna Smith’ will have to be transferred to another admin user whose legal name matches ‘Anna Smith’, allowing them to complete the authorization. In case there is no admin user available for the transfer, you can add one in Settings > Manage Users page (How to add users).
