Earth Class Mail’s Check Deposit service helps businesses process mailed checks without visiting a bank branch.
When a check is received at your Earth Class Mail address, it is scanned and made available in your account for deposit processing. After you submit a deposit request, Earth Class Mail prepares and physically ships the endorsed check to your selected bank for deposit.
Before You Begin
To use Check Deposit, you must:
- Have Check Deposit enabled on your account
- Add at least one approved Deposit Account
- Receive a check through your Earth Class Mail address
How To Deposit a Check
From the Mailroom
- Log in to your Earth Class Mail account.
- Open the scanned mail item containing the check.
- Select Deposit Check.
- Choose the Deposit Account where the check should be sent.
- Confirm the deposit details.
- Submit the deposit request.
After submission, Earth Class Mail endorses and ships the physical check to your selected bank for processing.
Shipping & Processing
Earth Class Mail does not electronically deposit checks on your behalf. Instead, endorsed physical checks are shipped to your designated bank for processing.
- Standard shipping is included with most deposits
- Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee
- Bank processing timelines vary by financial institution and shipping method

Additional Information
Multiple Deposit Accounts
You may add multiple eligible U.S. bank accounts and select a different Deposit Account for each check shipment.
Automatic Check Detection
Checks received through your Earth Class Mail address are automatically identified during mail processing and tagged for easier review.
Accounting Integrations
Earth Class Mail supports integrations with:
- QuickBooks Online
- Bill.com
These integrations can help simplify reconciliation and bookkeeping workflows.
