By adding a second location, your mail and packages will now go to the nearest location to save time and eliminate unwanted delays.

How do I know which location my mail and packages will go to?
Mail routing is subject to change. Please contact the Customer Success Team to determine which facility your mail is currently routed to.
Do I need to do anything to use this facility?
No, you do not need to do anything. Any mail items and packages on the impacted addresses list will start having mail routed and processed at the Frisco, TX facility starting in October.
Why did you add a second processing location?
We added another processing location to reduce the time items spend traveling from your virtual address to our main processing facility in Beaverton, Oregon. Having a second location also provides a disaster recovery option should there be an unforeseen impact at either of our processing sites.
Do you have plans to add more processing facilities in the future?
Yes, we do intend to eventually expand our processing locations within additional cities across the U.S. Expanding will allow us to improve time and efficiencies even further to serve our customers even better than we do today.
